These Terms and Conditions govern ParkeSicher’s intermediary service and the additional packages offered by ParkeSicher. The Terms and Conditions of the selected provider made accessible during checkout additionally apply to the specific parking, shuttle, valet, vehicle-custody or transfer service.

ParkeSicher brokers the contract for the specific provider service. The parties to that service contract are the customer and the provider identified during checkout by its company name, address and contact details. ParkeSicher remains responsible for its own intermediary, booking, payment and package services.

In the event of inconsistencies, mandatory statutory provisions take precedence. Individually agreed checkout information then takes precedence. If the customer has booked a paid ParkeSicher package, its expressly stated cancellation and refund terms take precedence over conflicting provider terms solely for cancellation. In all other respects, the provider’s Terms and Conditions remain applicable. Expressly stated terms that are more favourable to the customer remain unaffected.

Displaying an offer does not yet constitute a binding offer. Immediately before the order, the provider, service, travel period, extras, payment method and total price including all mandatory price components are shown.

By activating the button clearly labelled as creating a payment obligation, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the booking confirmation is received. If provider confirmation is still required, the contract is subject to the confirmation condition stated during checkout. The customer receives the booking and contractual information on a durable medium.

The total price shown immediately before the order is authoritative. The parking price, ParkeSicher service fee, any paid ParkeSicher package and selected provider extras are shown separately.

Online payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. For cash payments, the payment obligation arises when the booking is made and payment is made on site as stated during checkout. VAT treatment and invoicing depend on the respective service and the business supplying that service.

Basic is not a paid additional package. The provider terms stored with the offer apply to cancellation.

Standard costs EUR 3.99. It includes German-language ParkeSicher support, free cancellation up to 24 hours before the agreed start of the trip and, after a fully completed and non-cancelled trip, a personal EUR 5.00 voucher for the next ParkeSicher booking. A more favourable provider deadline remains applicable.

Premium costs EUR 6.99. It includes the Standard benefits and free cancellation up to one minute before the agreed start of the trip. A more favourable provider term remains applicable.

The package service begins with the booking confirmation and provides, in particular, the extended contractual cancellation deadline and ParkeSicher support. If a booking is cancelled under the contractual cancellation right, the separately disclosed price of a booked Standard or Premium package is excluded from the contractual refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

The EUR 5.00 voucher is automatically sent after the trip to the email address used for the booking. It is personal, may be used once and is valid for twelve months. One voucher can be used per booking. Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded.

The cancellation deadline and its source that apply when the contract is concluded are stored immutably with the booking and shown during checkout and in the booking confirmation.

If cancellation is validly declared within that deadline, the paid total price, including the ParkeSicher service fee and booked provider extras, is refunded to the original payment method. The only exclusion is the separately disclosed price of a Standard or Premium package. No package price is charged for the free Basic booking.

For cash payment, no package price was collected in advance. Following a confirmed cancellation, a package price that has not been paid is neither refunded nor subsequently collected. Outside the free cancellation period, the provider terms agreed during checkout and mandatory law apply.

Cancellations may be declared in the verified customer portal. ParkeSicher automatically informs the provider and connected booking systems. Mandatory statutory refund and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Changes to the date, time, vehicle or flight details are possible only to the extent offered and subject to availability. Any price changes are shown before a confirmation that creates a payment obligation. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.

Where a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies to a provider service tied to a specific date or period, in particular under section 312g(2)(9) of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for that provider service. Contractual cancellation rights remain in place.

The statutory right of withdrawal applies to a paid ParkeSicher service unless an exception applies or the right has expired under the statutory requirements. If the customer expressly requests that the ParkeSicher service begin before the withdrawal period ends and confirms awareness that the right will expire once the contract has been fully performed, the right may expire after full performance in accordance with section 356(5) BGB. The separate withdrawal information is authoritative.

The customer provides complete and correct contact, vehicle, flight and travel details, checks the booking confirmation and informs ParkeSicher or the provider without undue delay of relevant changes. The provider’s lawful safety and operating instructions must be observed on site.

The identified provider is responsible for properly performing the specific parking, shuttle, valet, vehicle-custody or transfer service. ParkeSicher assists with complaints and remains responsible for its own selection, information, intermediary, booking, payment, package and data-protection obligations. Statutory defect, refund and damages rights are not excluded by an internal notification deadline.

ParkeSicher has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, limb or health, under mandatory product-liability law and where a guarantee has been assumed. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical for the contract.

The provider is generally liable for pure provider services. ParkeSicher’s liability for its own obligations and mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected.

Reviews can be submitted only on the basis of a confirmed booking. ParkeSicher explains on the platform whether and how the booking was verified.

The principal ranking parameters include price, availability, distance, service type, review score and number, offer quality, reliability and any clearly identified promotion. The relative importance of the parameters and any paid promotion are explained in an easily accessible place from the results list.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy accessible during checkout. Booking data is transmitted to the selected provider and, where required for performance, to the payment, hosting, email, booking and integration service providers used.

ParkeSicher is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. After an unresolved dispute has arisen, ParkeSicher provides the information required by section 37 VSBG. The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

German law applies while preserving mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence. Statutory places of jurisdiction apply to consumers.

Customer declarations may be made at least in text form. If individual provisions are invalid, the statutory provision takes their place and the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
